UK STAYCATIONS
& LUXURY CABINS
What is a luxury cabin?

A typical UK cabin would consist of a strong log built residence in a woodland area or resort. Treehouses are also classed as log cabins (throwback to childhood, but better!) - Some treehouses are pretty high up, others are only *this* much off of the ground.
There are cabins & treehouses to suit all - whether you're after a secluded & romantic break for two, a cabin near the beach, or a big family treehouse with space for the dog!
Gone are the days of pooping outside & hunting for your own supper during your stay! With a luxury cabin you can expect a lounge with fully functional kitchen (or kitchen-diner), comfy bedroom(s), a modern bathroom and often other facilities/amenities such as Wi-Fi, heating/air-con, fire pits, hot tubs & more!

Luxury Cabins - F.A.Q'S & top tips:

Most popular luxury cabin destinations:
England, France, USA, Canada, Iceland.

Typical cabin & tree house features/facilities/amenities:
Hot tub, wood fire, outdoor firepit, private patio/deck or small garden, ground floor entrance (excl. treehouses), secluded location, woodland location

Recommended excursions, tours, activities:
Nature trails, indoor pool, nearby pubs/restaurants/bars, beach, golf, gym & leisure facilities, outdoor activites such as archery or high ropes

What to wear/pack:
What to pack will depend on where your luxury cabin is situated. For example, packing for a UK cabin may include warmer clothes (winter) or lighter clothes (summer), you may want to packa good book, entertainment, non-perishable food & snacks as most cabins are on a self-catering basis with nearby or on-site restaurants. If your cabin is near the French Alps, Iceland or in Canada, you'll probably want to pack for snowy/cold weather - again this would depend on the season.
